Hanging exercise: This is the best exercise for increasing the height. The weight of the body will pull the spine and stretch it. You must use your hands at shoulder width to hang from the bar. Or, you can hang from any tree branch. Do this for ten minutes each day.

Table top: This is done by lying on the ground facing the ceiling. Bring the legs up near your buttocks. Move your hands up near your shoulder and push on the ground to raise your chest up in the air.

Push your buttocks too high up in the air. Keep your body level and make your core tight. Hold the pose for a count of ten. Then, drop back to lying position. Repeat the exercise 5-6 times.

Hopping on one leg: This is a standing position exercise. Stand on both legs and raise your hands in the air. Lift your one leg from the ground and hop on the other leg. Do eight hops and then change legs. Do the cycle three times.
