8. Make your surrounding free of allergy triggers

You can remove the allergens in your surroundings and prevent them from coming into the house by the use of some small steps.

  • Wash your bedding once in a fortnight at least.
  • Keep indoor plants on the balcony.
  • Do not smoke inside the house.
