  • Take 2-3 sticks of cinnamon that are about 4 inches long.
  • Take 4 cups of water in a vessel. Add the sticks and bring to a boil.
  • Let the sticks steep in the water for 10 minutes.
  • Remove the water from the stove and filter it. Have this tea with honey for better taste. Drink this twice a day for the best results.

Another method to have cinnamon for vomiting is to use the powder. Add ground cinnamon to one spoon of honey. Mix it well and have it twice a day. We can also use cinnamon tea for weight loss.
